Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

   • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original packaging/tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • Discounted/sale items.

   • Used or damaged products not due to our error.

3. Process

   • Email us at somicollection.shop@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

   • Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

   • Customers are responsible for return courier costs (unless item is defective/incorrect).

4. Refunds/Exchanges

   • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

   • Exchanges can be requested for the same or similar item (subject to stock availability).
